Annapolis Events was co-founded by Shelley O’Neill and Devon Clouse, two friends with lifelong connections to the Navy and Annapolis. Inspired by these connections and their own naval-related family reunions, graduations, and memorials, Annapolis Events was founded.

Their roles as Navy wives and Midshipmen moms provided first-hand knowledge and special understanding to tradition and protocol required for exceptional Navy and Naval Academy events.
